Ing. Franklin Kwame Twumasi, ME, MBA
CEO & Projects Director
Ing. Franklin Twumasi has over 18 years of combined experience in project management, contract administration, technical audits (VfM’s), engineering design involving buildings, road construction, stormwater management and energy related projects.
He obtained his international experience at Sarasota County Public Works in Sarasota, Florida, USA for 7 years as a professional engineer responsible for the management and design of a variety of engineering projects.
In Ghana, he worked with Twum Boafo and Partners as project engineer and with GECAD as Contracts Manager responsible for contract administration and all contractual issues related to the various contracts issued under the Tema Thermal 1 Power Project.
He is currently an Assistant Director in charge of Airport Infrastructure, and the Engineer’s Representative for Bans Consult Ltd for their Kotoka International Airport (KIA) projects in Accra. He doubles as CEO of Linx Consult and has undertaken many business development projects.
Samuel Amoah Amponsah (PG Dip. Architecture)
Associate Lead Architect
Mr. Samuel Amoah Amponsah holds a B.Sc. degree in B. Sc. Environmental Design and PG Dip. Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, a member of Ghana Institute of Architects, and also the Design and Build Institute of America.
Mr. Amponsah has over 20 years working experience as an architect who has worked on projects from Inception through contract administration and commissioning with specialty in Retail/Commercial Interiors, Healthcare Infrastructure and space planning.
He is also the Director Projects for Universal Hospitals Group (2013 to present) administering a whole Turnkey Construction of 70 Bed Hospital for the BOG in Cantonments Accra and also Associate Partner of Archeng Professionals from (2004) to date and also with Linx Consults Ltd as an Associate. He worked with Prodesign Limited (1998 to 2004) an affiliate of the Ad Vantage Group of Companies as a senior architect and Project Manager with additional responsibilities as acting Managing Director which involved the day-to-day administration of the company.
He has also worked with renowned architectural firms like Nickson and Borys (1991-1996) and partners on internship, Intecbuild (1997- 1998) Assistant Architect and Design Team (2001-2006) as Architect.
He is a Computer literate in the use of Architectural Desktop, Autocad, Archicad, MS Project, Excel, Word, Power point, Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw
Abednego Gogo, B.Sc. (B.T), MGIS
Associate Cost Expert & Quantity Surveyor
Mr. Gogo holds a B.Sc. degree in Building Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, member of Chartered Institute of Building (UK). Mr. Gogo has over Ten (10) years working experience as a quantity surveyor in the construction industry.
Abednego has been in been involved in the construction supervision of real estate, roads, and parking garage projects with responsibilities of reviewing Contractor’s Interim Application and Cost Claims; Preparation of Interim Payment Certificate; Assisting Resident Engineer in the Finalisation of Variation Orders Review of extra rate analysis; Review of Extension of Time and Claim Consideration; Monitoring of Designed versus Executed quantities for the Ghana Highway Authority, Department of Urban Roads and Department of Feeder Roads.
Mr. Gogo was the Quantity Surveyor for the major rehabilitation works by Ghana Airport Company Ltd. at Accra Kotoka International Airport, Kumasi Airport, and the Takoradi Airport, which was undertaken by the Ministry of Urban Roads.
He has also worked for on major projects such as bridge sites in (Northern Region) for the Department of Feeder Roads, and was the quantity surveyor for the construction supervision of the relocation of utility services on the ongoing upgrading of the N1 Highway from Tetteh Quarshie to Mallam Interchange.
Mark Brookman-Amissah, P.S.M.
Associate GIS Specialist/Survey
Mr. Mark Brookman-Amissah has a BSc. in Geodetic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana and a MSc. in Geomatics from the University of Florida, USA. He has over 18 years’ experience in Engineering/Land Surveying and Mapping and is registered as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of Florida.
Also Mr. Brookman-Amissah has teaching experience at the tertiary level, having taught a course in Land Surveying Fundamentals at the Civil and Coastal Engineering Department at the University of Florida for over a year. Currently he is working as a private consultant in Surveying and Mapping and Geographic Information Systems, and also a lecturer at the Accra Polytechnic. His areas of specialization include, Engineering and Construction Surveying, General Land Surveying, Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Digital and Mobile Mapping Techniques, Project Management and Scheduling.
