Special Focus

Project and Contract Management

One of the key skills of our personnel include Project Management, either in a traditional supervisory role, or as part of Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) contract, or any other form of project delivery. Our staff have been involved in project management both abroad and in Ghana and bring a wealth of experience to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications within the known constraints of the contract.

Civil Engineering and Land Development

Our personnel have been involved in land development activities for the construction of both commercial and residential properties bring a wealth of experience from various fields including mechanical, civil, and environmental engineering. Land developers, in principle, oversee the acquisition of property and the subsequent planning and construction for specific use of the land.

Project Controls and Claims Analysis

Our clients often direct us to perform activities that we consider to be outside of the contractual scope of work and/ or which we believe have schedule and/ or cost impacts to the project. Other factors or events not directly caused by our client which are beyond the limits of risk assigned to the contractor may also influence the schedule and cost performance of a project. Clients must be notified of both of these types of events.
